The Initial Consultation is your starting point for personalised nutrition support. It’s a 1:1 session where we explore your full health history; physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors, to uncover underlying causes of your symptoms. We also assess how your body is handling stress, how well you’re absorbing nutrients, and how effectively you’re detoxifying. The consultation lays the groundwork for creating a clear, realistic plan to help you feel more balanced, energised, and in tune with your body.
You will have completed a questionnaire and 7 day diet plan in advance of this session.
That’s very common and completely okay. Nutritional therapy supports multiple systems at once, because many symptoms, like fatigue, bloating, or mood swings, are interconnected. We’ll look at the whole picture, identify root causes, and take a step by step approach so you can be mindful of improvements without feeling overwhelmed.
